Wet Separator CSP.1

Mini separator for the processing of cable granulate.

The CSP.1 is used for copper recovery in the processing of cable granulate. It is particularly suitable for stranded, automotive, computer, and ribbon cables, as these types are difficult to process with conventional separation tables. Additionally, the CSP.1 can serve as a supplementary solution to a dry separator, significantly reducing metal loss. The platform provides flexibility and ensures smooth operation of the system.

Wet Separator CSP.2

Medium-sized wet separator for the processing of cable granulate.

The CSP.2 is used for copper recovery in the processing of cable granulate and is particularly suitable for stranded, automotive, computer, and ribbon cables. These types of cables can only be separated on conventional dry separators with significant metal losses. With the CSP series separation tables, metal losses are reduced to a minimum. The compact platform solution provides flexibility and stability during operation.

Wet Separator CSP.3

The large wet separator for the processing of cable granulate.

The CSP.3 is the largest wet separator in our CS series, mounted on a robust platform structure like the smaller models, and is designed for copper recovery through the processing of cable granulate. The separation of heavy and light fractions occurs in a water fluid bed. Depending on the material composition and particle size, a purity level of up to 99.9% can be achieved.
