The DSP.6 is the smallest ICS-CONTEC dry separation table and is primarily used for metal recovery in the processing of cable granulate, alongside a variety of other applications. The separation of heavy and light fractions is achieved by adjusting the screen inclination and under-airflow in two opposite directions. Both factors are continuously adjustable, allowing the separation table to be precisely configured for a wide range of material properties.

Medium-sized separation table

The DSP.11 dry separation table in a platform variant is designed for processing cable granulate for metal recovery. An under-air fan creates a fluidised bed on the screen surface, which, in combination with the screen inclination, facilitates the separation of light and heavy fractions. Both parameters are continuously adjustable to achieve optimal results. Due to its design, a variety of alternative applications are possible.

The largest

The DSP.21 dry separation table in a platform variant impresses with its flexibility and a processing capacity of 450 kg/h. Due to its design, the DSP.21 is suitable not only for cable recycling but also for a variety of alternative applications. The separation principle remains the same. Through the continuous adjustment of the screen inclination and under-airflow, the vibrating movement of the separation table results in the discharge of heavy and light fractions in opposite directions.
