Mini-Shredder CRX.060
The Mini-Shredder CRX.060 is designed as an auxiliary device for the cable granulation systems C.MD and C.1D, serving for the pre-shredding of cable waste. A rotating cutting mechanism with 2 rotor knives shreds the fed material against a stator knife. A mechanical feeding device supplies the material to the cutting mechanism at a constant feed rate, producing uniform pieces approximately 80 mm in length. The maximum wire diameter is 20 mm. The shredded material can then be manually fed into the aforementioned granulation systems. Pre-shredding can increase the processing capacity of the respective granulation systems by 5-10%.

Single-Shaft Shredder CRX.400
The CRX.400 is optimised for medium-sized cable recycling processes where reliable, continuous shredding of scrap and residual cables is required. The 400 mm wide rotor shaft with 10 rotor blades ensures efficient shredding of various cable dimensions. The integrated height-adjustable belt conveyor enables direct integration into existing process lines.

The CRX.600 is designed for medium-sized cable recycling facilities where high throughput volumes and reliable shredding performance are required. The 600 mm wide rotor shaft with 16 rotor blades and reinforced 215 mm diameter guarantees maximum shredding efficiency even with demanding material mixtures. The compact design, despite enhanced performance parameters, enables integration into existing recycling lines with limited space availability.
