Mini-Shredder CRX.060

The Mini-Shredder CRX.060 is designed as an auxiliary device for the cable granulation systems C.MD and C.1D, serving for the pre-shredding of cable waste. A rotating cutting mechanism with 2 rotor knives shreds the fed material against a stator knife. A mechanical feeding device supplies the material to the cutting mechanism at a constant feed rate, producing uniform pieces approximately 80 mm in length. The maximum wire diameter is 20 mm. The shredded material can then be manually fed into the aforementioned granulation systems. Pre-shredding can increase the processing capacity of the respective granulation systems by 5-10%.

Single-Shaft Shredder S.1

The S1 single-shaft pre-shredder has been specifically designed for use in cable recycling. With a rotor width of 600 mm, a hydraulic, PLC-controlled pusher system, and a drive power of 18.5 kW, the pre-shredder can effortlessly process almost all types of scrap cables. It features 22 rotor knives and 4 stator knives, along with a specialised screen basket, ensuring smooth operation even under full load.
