Wet Separator CS.1

Mini separator for the processing of cable granulate.

The CS.1, primarily used for copper recovery in the processing of cable granulate, is particularly effective in handling stranded, automotive, computer, and ribbon cables. These types of cables pose a challenge for conventional separation tables, but the CS.1 excels at this task. Additionally, the CS.1 can be used as a complementary solution to a dry separator, significantly reducing metal loss.

Wet Separator CS.2

Medium-sized wet separator for the processing of cable granulate.

The CS.2 is used for copper recovery in the processing of cable granulate and is particularly suited for stranded, automotive, computer, and ribbon cables. These types of cables can only be separated on conventional dry separators with significant metal losses. With the CS series separators, metal losses are reduced to a minimum.

Wet Separator CS.3

The large wet separator for the processing of cable granulate.

The CS.3 is the largest wet separator in our CS series and is designed for copper recovery through the processing of cable granulate. The separation of the heavy and light fractions takes place in a water fluid bed. Depending on the material composition and particle size, a purity level of 99.9% can be achieved.
