Demo Machine

Entry-level model for dismantling used car catalytic converters, consisting of the VCAT.20 vertical shear, a powerful extraction system, and the VMS.100 grinding station for sample preparation and analysis.

This system has previously served as a demo machine in our technical centre and shows minimal signs of wear. The vertical shear is operated using a hand lever. The vertical blade securely holds the catalytic converter in place during the cutting process, ensuring work safety. The extraction system features automatic filter cleaning. The grinding station has a foldable grinding chamber and a filling hopper with a locking system.
