We are not required to appoint a data protection officer under the GDPR and § 38 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act). For any questions regarding data protection, please contact us using the details provided above.

(3) When you contact us by email or through a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, name, and phone number) will be stored by us in order to respond to your inquiries. We will delete any data that arises in this context once its storage is no longer necessary, or we will restrict its processing if there are legal retention requirements.

(1) Our website is hosted by KÜS DATA GmbH, Zur KÜS 1, 66679 Losheim am See. To ensure the proper processing of your data, we have concluded a data processing agreement with KÜS DATA GmbH.
