VMS.100 Ideal for processing small quantities for samples or analyses

The VMS.100 grinding station is the smallest in our VMS series and is ideally suited for processing small quantities of monolith fragments from the treatment of used catalysts. The 120mm wide grinding chamber can be opened forwards and sealed using a quick-release fastener. The support frame is optimally designed to accommodate a 200-litre drum, including a Euro pallet.

Grinding system VMS.120

The VMS.120 grinding station is optimally suited for the grinding, comminution and homogenisation of monolith fragments from catalyst recycling. Similar to the VMS.100, the VMS.120 can be used for sample preparation and analysis due to its processing capacity (200 kg/h). The P.120 extraction system ensures a loss-free process and collects the material in a dust-tight manner after appropriate cleaning.

Grinding system VMS.200

VMS.200 - Grinding Station with Platform Construction

The smaller of the two grinding stations in our series with a platform construction. The platform provides ample space for one operator and a box of raw material. The powerful extraction system ensures a loss-free process. An additional V.70 container can be placed in the lower part of the platform to collect the processed material. The VMS.200 can process up to 220 kg/h.

Grinding system VMS.500

Grinding Station VMS.500 for Processing Ceramic Bodies from Catalyst Recycling

The largest grinding station in our portfolio is designed as a one-man workstation with a platform and space for a box full of raw material. The system is operated via a control panel, and the material is fed through a sufficiently large feed hopper. Equipped with the SM.500, a processing capacity of up to 800 kg/h is achievable. The VMS.500 reduces the material to a final particle size of 0-1 mm.
