The CAT.A dismantling system with an alligator shear and integrated extraction unit is ideal for entry-level processing of used catalytic converters. With the CAT.A, up to 50 catalytic converters can be processed per hour without loss. Three aspiration connections in the work and cutting areas ensure this efficiency. The CAT.A dismantling system is designed to be operated by a single worker.

Dismantling system CAT.B

CAT.B - Dismantling system with alligator shear in platform variant

The VCAT.B dismantling system comes with a platform structure and sufficient space for a raw material storage cage. The monolith fragments from the used catalytic converters are transferred after shearing into a container system of choice (such as a BIG BAG, barrel, etc.), which can be placed in the lower part of the platform. A powerful extraction system ensures a loss-free processing operation. Optionally, the system can be expanded with a grinding unit.
