Mini cable granulation system

With more than 70* machines sold across Europe, it is the most popular system in the D-Series. The mini granulation system can easily process up to 110 kg** of cables per hour. The platform construction provides a high degree of flexibility and ensures stability on uneven surfaces. Thanks to the soundproof enclosure of the cutting mill, the noise level is significantly reduced.

The "big one" among the mini granulation systems.

With a processing capacity of up to 170 kg/h*, given proper presorting and preparation of the cable types to be processed, the 1D cable granulation system is the next larger machine after the MD. Like all systems in the D-Series, the 1D features a robust design and platform construction. The optional addition of a pre-shredder ensures near-perfect copper recovery.

A touch of retro cult

The 2D cable granulation system has proven itself since 2006 and, in combination with a pre-shredder and fully automatic start/stop mode, forms an unbeatable team. Its solid size offers a processing capacity of up to 250 kg/h*. The minimalist and robust design, along with the easy-to-use control system, complete the overall package of this cable granulation system.

The 4D cable granulation system is defined by its reliability and durability. Together with a pre-shredder, the processing of cables knows no limits. Well, except one: 320 kg/h*. With this processing capacity, the 4D is the third-largest cable granulation system with a dry separation table in our range. The 4D comes standard with a platform construction and soundproof enclosure for the quietest possible operation.

The small one among the giants

Equipped with a 30 kW cutting mill featuring V-cut geometry, the 6D cable granulation system is perfectly suited for 24/7 operation. The split platform construction maintains both flexibility and robustness. With optional accessories such as a pre-shredder, conveyor system, magnetic separator, or wet separators for the further processing of the plastic fraction, a processing capacity of up to 420 kg/h* is easily achievable.

Cable granulation system C.8D

The Beast

The 8D dry separation system is by far the most powerful in the ICS-CONTEC portfolio. As the only system featuring a cutting mill and two dry separation tables, the platform is divided into three parts. With the help of the 37 kW cutting mill, a processing capacity of up to 800 kg/h* is possible for solid copper cables*. Two pneumatic conveyor systems ensure the distribution of the processed cable to the respective separation tables.
