Wet Separator CS.3
ICS-CONTEC Maschinenbau GmbH has developed a new custom-made Wet Separator CS.3 for the processing of artificial turf and sports field surfaces. The CS.3 is the largest wet separator in the CS series, offering high separation efficiency, robust construction, and ease of operation.
The machine operates on the proven principle of separating heavy and light fractions in a water bed, applied to the table via nozzles. By leveraging the density differences of materials, the CS.3 achieves nearly 100% separation. It is particularly suited for processing artificial turf and sports field surfaces, which consist of various plastics, sand, and rubber granules.

- Processing Capacity: Up to 600 kg/h
- Water System: Equipped with five water lines and 18 nozzles for optimal mixing of materials.
- Water Tank: A 390-litre stainless steel tank with a water pump and three filter sieves ensures the water is continuously cleaned, maintaining high separation quality.
The CS.3 is mounted on a stable machine platform, offering flexibility and smooth operation. The platform is equipped with adjustable feet and forklift guides for easy transport and quick alignment.
The wet separator is controlled via a control panel that includes essential functions such as start/stop, frequency control, water pressure regulation, and an emergency stop.
