When you contact us, the personal data you provide (such as first name, last name, company name) and contact details (such as address, phone number, email address) are stored by us in order to respond to your inquiries. We delete the data related to this once storage is no longer necessary, or we restrict processing if there are legal retention obligations.

Your personal data is generally collected during the initial contact (e.g., via email, business card, or post). In some cases, we also collect personal data from publicly available sources (e.g., the internet, professional networks).

§3 For What Purposes and on What Legal Basis Is Data Processed?

Primarily, data processing is carried out to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, perform service tasks, and issue invoices.

§4 Who Receives Your Data?

Within our company, only the individuals and departments (e.g., relevant business units) that require your personal data to fulfil our tasks will have access to it.

If it becomes necessary to share your data with subcontractors for the completion of the order, we will inform you in advance.

In accordance with Article 13(2)(b) GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access, the right to rectification or erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully by us.

§6 Duration of Storage of Personal Data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention periods (e.g., commercial and tax law retention periods). After these periods expire, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for contract fulfilment or initiation, and/or there is no legitimate interest in continued storage on our part.
