When you contact us, the personal data you provide (such as first name, last name, company name) and contact details (such as address, phone number, email address) are stored by us in order to respond to your inquiries. We delete the data related to this once storage is no longer necessary, or we restrict processing if there are legal retention obligations.
Your personal data is generally collected during the initial contact (e.g., via email, business card, or post). In some cases, we also collect personal data from publicly available sources (e.g., the internet, professional networks).
§3 For What Purposes and on What Legal Basis Is Data Processed?

Within our company, only the individuals and departments (e.g., relevant business units) that require your personal data to fulfil our tasks will have access to it.
If it becomes necessary to share your data with subcontractors for the completion of the order, we will inform you in advance.

§6 Duration of Storage of Personal Data
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention periods (e.g., commercial and tax law retention periods). After these periods expire, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for contract fulfilment or initiation, and/or there is no legitimate interest in continued storage on our part.
