Welcome to ICS-CONTEC

Our company, based in the heart of the Lusatian Lake District, has been manufacturing custom machines for the recycling industry since 2006.

Cable granulation systems of various sizes and with different separation concepts are our specialty. Since 2010, our core business has been the development of customised complete systems with different specifications and levels of expansion, particularly for use in the decommissioning of nuclear power plants.

In addition, we have extensive expertise in catalytic converter recycling. Our patented decanning systems come in various forms and sizes, and we offer a wide range of accessories to complement our product range.

We also provide a variety of products from renowned manufacturers, allowing you to obtain a comprehensive, tailor-made package from ICS-CONTEC:

  • Alligator shears
  • Cable stripping machines
  • Underground cable stripping machines
  • Machines for processing overhead cables
  • Baling presses
  • Specialised shredding technology

We design your entire system using the latest CAD and visualisation tools, providing you with clear layout plans, parts lists, and assembly instructions. Of course, every machine or system comes with an operating manual in compliance with the EU Machinery Regulation (EU) No. 2023/1230 (MVO) / EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

Commissioning, service operations, and maintenance contracts are part of our daily business in customer service. Our team is always available to assist you.

Last but not least, we are also happy to take on classic metalworking orders. Gates, doors, fence systems, and much more – ICS-CONTEC makes it possible. Complex interior railings designed according to customer specifications are a welcome challenge for us, thanks to our use of modern design and visualisation tools.
