Container system V.70

The V.70 is a closed material container designed for storing the ground ceramic monolith from catalytic converter recycling. It is compatible with the VCAT.P3 | CAT.B | CAT.C systems (with integrated grinding). The system is stackable and allows for targeted mixing of the material. Additionally, the V.70 can be combined with the 3.DM mixing system, which enables partial homogenisation of the material.

Mixing System 3.DM

The three-dimensional mixing system 3.DM is designed for partial homogenisation of the material. The mixing time can be freely programmed. After the mixing process is completed, the container automatically returns to the zero position, allowing for easy removal. The system is intended for use with the V.70 container and is particularly suitable in combination with a catalytic converter dismantling system.

Transfer Station US.70

The US.70 transfer station is designed for loss-free transfer of material. The V.70 container is positioned on the transfer station, while a standard BIG-BAG (1,000 x 1,000 x 1,000) can be placed underneath the station. The process is dust-free. With a self-weight of 217 kg, the station is easy to handle and provides a stable and secure setup.
