Hammer mill SM.100
The SM.100 is the smallest hammer mill in our SM series. The material is crushed in the mill’s grinding chamber by the kinetic energy of the freely mounted hammers. For the desired particle size, appropriate bar sieve grates are available. The processing capacity of the SM.100 is 120 kg/h. Upon request, the mill can be equipped with an additional base frame.

Hammer mill SM.200
The SM.200 hammer mill impresses with a processing capacity of 220 kg/h, effortlessly crushing hard and brittle materials. Freely mounted hammers, using their kinetic energy, ensure effective size reduction. The desired particle size is defined through an appropriate bar sieve grate, resulting in a homogeneous material output. Upon request, the SM.200 mill can be equipped with an additional base frame.

Hammer mill SM.350
The principle remains the same; however, the processing capacity is significantly larger. With 400 kg/h, the SM.350 shreds approximately 1.8 times the volume of the next smaller machine in the SM series. In this model as well, the grain size is defined by an appropriate bar sieve. The impact mill can also be expanded with an optional support frame.

Hammer mill SM.500
Die SM.500 ist die größte Schlagmühle aus unserer SM-Serie und mit einer Verarbeitungskapazität von bis zu 800 kg/h ein echtes Beast. Durch beweglich gelagerte Hämmer im Mahlraum der Mühle wird das Material aufgrund kinetischer Energie zerkleinert. Für eine gewünschte Korngröße stehen entsprechende Stabsiebroste zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch kann die Schlagmühle um ein Untergestell erweitert werden.
